Eligibility
To be considered for this award, adults must be actively involved with youth-oriented leadership initiatives.

Criteria
Nominees of the Catalytic Contributor Award will be evaluated on the following criteria. All recipients MUST:

• Serve and inspire as a role-model for student leadership
  
• Challenge youth to reach new leadership heights
  
• Enhance and support the growth of students and / or student organizations
  
• Serve as a resource for the community
  
• Actively participate in youth-oriented events
  
• Encourage social responsibility among individuals and organizations
  
• Act ethically and with integrity
